Al crear una cuenta o usar el servicio, usted acepta estos Términos.Siempre.AI ("Siempre.AI", "we", "us") provides a bilingual (Spanish and English) AI assistant that serves a business's customers over WhatsApp and other messaging channels: it answers questions, books, and captures leads. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Each business is an isolated tenant; its customers' data is not shared with other businesses. You configure the knowledge base the AI uses to answer.
Usted es responsable de la seguridad de su cuenta y de la exactitud de la información que provee a la IA. No debe usar el servicio para fines ilícitos, para enviar spam, ni para violar las políticas de WhatsApp, Meta u otros proveedores de mensajería.You are responsible for your account's security and for the accuracy of the information you give the AI. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to violate the policies of WhatsApp, Meta, or other messaging providers.
Los planes incluyen una cuota única de instalación y una suscripción mensual recurrente en dólares estadounidenses (USD). La suscripción se renueva automáticamente cada mes hasta que usted la cancele. El plan y los montos se muestran claramente antes de activar el servicio. Los pagos con tarjeta son procesados por Paddle.com, nuestro comerciante de registro (Merchant of Record); los pagos locales se coordinan directamente con nosotros.Plans include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription in US dollars (USD). The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. The plan and amounts are shown clearly before the service is activated. Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record; local payments are arranged directly with us.

You are responsible for reviewing critical information before acting on it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last three months.
